All clients are required to leave a card on file. ** IMPORTANT! This helps to secure my time and to lock in your appointment time, Your appointment has been reserved especially for you. Clients will be charged 50% of the service cost for a NO SHOW. A cancellation past 72 hours will be charged 50% as well, Please be sure to confirm your appointment. If you’re unsatisfied with your hair please let me know within 3 days and a resolution will be made but no refunds are given since time and products were used. By booking ANY appointments you agree to everything stated above. There is a 10 min grace period for being late. After 10 mins I will NOT be able to get you in for your service this will result in a “ no show” also charging your card 50% of your scheduled appointment so please allow yourself extra time to find the salon, directions are sent the morning of through text message. Haleyraecreations Salon does not issue refunds on Salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify the salon within two days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, I require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, I will make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost only within the two days of the initial service. All services are non-refundable but Haleyraecreations Salon will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. The service must be a mistake from the service provider not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). You have 3 days to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 4 days past initial service date. It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so Haleyraecreations can schedule you as Soon As Possible for a corrective service. Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result. Please note that color/lightening services can stain/damage clothes so always wear something that doesn’t have value and isn’t expensive. No refunds will be issued in the event of staining or damage from Haleyraecreations salon
